We aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery services across East Africa.

This Shipping Policy outlines how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all major towns and cities in:

  1. Kenya
  2. Somalia
  3. Ethiopia
  4. Uganda
  5. (More regions will be added soon)

2. Delivery Time

  1. Local deliveries: 1–3 working days
  2. Upcountry / Regional: 3–7 working days
  3. International / Overseas items: 7–21 working days (depending on supplier and customs)

Delivery timelines start after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Standard delivery fees depend on destination and product weight.
  2. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
  3. Occasionally, Miraaf offers free shipping promotions on selected products.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

  1. A tracking code via SMS or email
  2. Real-time updates in your Miraaf App > My Orders section

5. Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, unexpected factors (weather, customs, or courier delays) may affect arrival times. We will always keep you informed in such cases.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails after two attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse. You can request a re-delivery (extra fee may apply) or a refund minus the shipping cost.

7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Report immediately via our Support Center with photos so we can take quick action.

8. Pickup Points

You can also choose to collect your orders from our authorized pickup stations or partner offices in major towns.
